DELIVERY

If you place your order of an in stock item before 2pm BST we will usually dispatch it on the day you place it, and if not then the following day. This is apart from weekends or public holidays when it will be dispatched on the next working day – subject to payment and stock availability. Made To Order items take 8 – 20 weeks to ship, particularly post pandemic. Please be aware that all deliveries will require a signature – so bear this in mind when giving your delivery address (home or work). For UK deliveries, we use either APC or Royal Mail overnight service. For international deliveries, we use DHL, UPS or other couriers, depending who is currently offering the most satisfactory service.  The shipping costs outlined below are subject to VAT. Please note the below are estimated delivery times only.

IMPORT DUTY / TAX

Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. For example the import duties from the UK to the USA are typically 5% on Silver items. You will be asked to pay this by UPS before they deliver your item. Any payable duties in Europe post Brexit are also the resposibility of the customer.

INSURANCE

All MEY shipping is insured free of charge.

Once goods have been delivered to you ownership passes to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

AREAS OF DISTRIBUTION

In the United Kingdom, www.mey.london delivers to all areas of the UK including Northern Ireland and all off-shore islands. Internationally we ship to the countries of the European Union, The United States of America, its territories and possessions, Canada,  Australia, New Zealand and South Korea and China. Currently, we are not able to ship orders received through this website to other destinations.

PACKAGING

Your jewellery will be sent to you in a MEY for Game Of Thrones box.

CHECKING YOUR ORDER

You can check the current status of your order by signing into your account and selecting ORDER STATUS. Simply type in your unique order number we will have emailed to you. You will also be emailed a tracking number once your order has shipped.
